All content, including luminaire industrial designs, photographs, renders, technical drawings, photometry data (IES / LDT), trademarks, and logos displayed on this website are the exclusive property of ARKOSLIGHT or its licensors and are protected under international copyright, trademark, and design patent laws.

3. Permitted Architectural & Professional Use

Architects, lighting designers, engineers, and project consultants are granted a revocable, non-exclusive license to download and integrate our technical sheets, 3D BIM assets, and Dialux photometry files solely for specifying ARKOSLIGHT products in commercial and residential architectural projects.

4. Product Specifications & Tolerances

While we strive for extreme accuracy, optical, thermal, electrical specifications, and finishes may be updated without prior notice to incorporate ongoing LED and optical innovations. Standard photometric measurement tolerances apply in accordance with CIE / IES standards.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ARKOSLIGHT or its distributors be held liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from reliance on technical documents without prior engineering verification for specific site conditions.
